PrintKnot is 100% free for customers. There are no platform fees or hidden charges. You only pay the exact print cost directly to the Provider in Cash or UPI when you pick up your documents.

You can upload your document through our Web App or Mobile App, select your print preferences (color, paper size, etc.), and choose a nearby Provider. Once accepted, you head to the shop, pick up your prints, and pay them directly.

Yes. All uploaded files are AES-256 encrypted. We do not read, index, or store your files permanently. Once your order is completed or cancelled, your file is permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
